Xtreme Pro screen issues

I have just upgraded from Xtreme to Xtreme Pro, but with Pro I am having some screen issues.
I have a duel monitor setup and when I set up the "layers, clipart etc." windows on the seperate monitor and then close Xara and restart the windows have moved to be across both monitors. I have even tried to set up just a couple of windows on the main monitor with Xara, but the same thing happens.
Also if I use the middle mouse button to pan the drawing window it starts moving by itself off to the right of the screen.
I still have Xtreme installed, could this be a problem?
Also I had no problems with the windows using Xtreme.

If it is a Xara glitch we'd all be experiencing it.
No problems here.

Perhaps the duelling monitors are the problem
