    Default "Marker pen" brush style

    Hello all,
just wondering if anybody has created a brush style similar to that of a Marker pen. i am playing with digital watercolor techniques and thought i'd try something different.

    thank you in advance.

Here is a brush that I made that was supposed to look something like a felt marker pen. Not too realistic, but I like it because it has some good texture.

To change the width just change the line size.
Note, however, that the basic brush element becomes more visible as the line get wider, and you start to get a segmented look. Which may or may not be desirable...

cheers to you both, much appreciated.
pardon my ignorance, but is there a universal language for this type of thing? For example, can you create a brush style in Xtreme and import it onto CS2 or other graphics programs?
if so what is the file type?

No. Do you think that Adobe are going to give out info like this for free!

Just have a look at Xhris's tutorials and as well as giving you hand to make and save brushes he goes into the full detail on how to do your own.
