Question Specifying a color?? How To do this?

I can't find the "eyedropper" tool that I'm used to working with in other programs.

One of the projects I am working on has a background that is R34,G54,B74, and some graphics that are R60,G132,B101, and another section that is R255,G239,B213. How do I get those colors, rather than the little boxes that are across the bottom of the window?

Sorry for being such a noob...but I'm waiting on the manual to show up in the mail.

Click the color icon on the lower left...this will open up the color editor. Click the icon on the upper right in the color editor which will open the advanced options...you will see the eye dropper tool on the left of the color editor.

Thank you very much! It took me a minute to figure out the default RGB settings were in percentages rather than (0-255). Once I got that much done, here is a start on a color theme for a new website.

I still haven't figured out the gold metallic effect for the type...that's next.

There are somed awesome tutorials in the XaraXone, and you will find really great ones on creating the metallic gold look. Gary Priester does an awesome job creating these training exercises for us.

You should go to window/quality/and check anti-aliased.
It will make a big difference!

I don't remember who produced this.

    You may find it useful.

"Intbel" ... "Can't" is not an option.

    I had that problem, Norman.
    It will open in Xtreme-not-pro.

Edit: This one will open in Pro.

Go to Utilities>Options>Units Tab to select Percent or 0-255 for the colour units as per your preference.
