I've just made the mistake of cleaning off my PC and reinstalling windows.
Apart from the desire to throw the machine out the window every time i'm asked if I want to take the XP tour while trying to re-install my software and then being nagged to reactivate windows every 30 seconds I now find I have the added irritation of Xara not acknowledging I've even paid for XXPro and so I'm back with a trial period.
Can someone from Xara reading this contact me to sort this out.
The last time I submitted a ticket with a problem took two or three weeks to get a response.
