re-install XXpro

I've just made the mistake of cleaning off my PC and reinstalling windows.
Apart from the desire to throw the machine out the window every time i'm asked if I want to take the XP tour while trying to re-install my software and then being nagged to reactivate windows every 30 seconds I now find I have the added irritation of Xara not acknowledging I've even paid for XXPro and so I'm back with a trial period.
Can someone from Xara reading this contact me to sort this out.
The last time I submitted a ticket with a problem took two or three weeks to get a response.

Which download are you using? Have your tried to register again.

I am not sure Derek but you may have to wait for the release of the CD. I think someone else had a problem like yours and that was the reply from Risto.

Yes Norman, but after thinking it through again Derek has a fresh Windows Registry and Windows installation. He should be able to download the Dec 13, 2006 trail and then click the register button.

Dudelsack has the same registry as before but a different date and time on his machine. It thinks the trial period/registered download time has elapsed.

The main problem I'm having with Xara is that my account information isn't registering that I even own or have bought XtremePro. If they don't acknowledge I have bought it I'm not likely to see the CD on my doormat in the near furure to install from.

My wifes recons I’m a one off but I think its more of a “thank goodness there’s only one of you”, rather than what I take as a complement.

Extreme Pro doesn't know I exist says I have two days left. I did buy it but Xara doesn't think so. I have many other programs think I will wait for CD, however long it takes. GT

If Xara dosen't know I (or you) have purchased XXPro will the CD arrive at all?
