how to do this colors on xara pro ?

Hi... Iam here again....
well I see this image and I want to do like the same colors ( the hand- the pott etc )
I try with this plug-ins :
-Alien Skin Exposure
-Alien candy 5 : Impact
-Alien candy 5 : Textures
-Alien Image Doctor
-Alien Skin Snap Art
-Alien Skin Splat
-Alien Skin Xenofex 2
-AV Bros
-Eye Candy 4000
-Red Field
-Alamatera
-Mehdi

I think, with all this plug-ins, I really do great things , but not , I cant...
PLEASE , please somebody can helpme to do this colors on the image...?
