Trouble unlocking Xtreme Pro
I have just upgraded to Xtreme Pro and I even appear to have been allocated a serial number. However whenever I attempt to unlock the program I get a 'Connect to Xara' error message which reads: The character '>' was expected.
This does not make sense since I have never included '>' in either my username or my password.
I have tried resetting my password twice to no avail.
Can anyone advise me as to how I can unlock Xtreme Pro. I have emailed Xra support but in a return email they suggest I make this post.
