It might be a couple of great sites, but I didn't get high speed to wait..., and wait... No flash movie is ever that good.

Maybe they didn't work on your connection. Those pages loaded prety quick on my cable connecction. I don't think the files are that big cause it works fast here. I guess that not all high speed conections are equal.
