    I attach a version made keeping the simple arrangement but with more three-dimensional balls as was suggested. I really liked the idea of the yellow ball representing the mentor/trainer.

    Nice logo Ross.

    One variation that I might try is to make the blue balls form more of a C (as in Corporate). Still very nice though.

    I like the last version and the suggestion about turning it so the balls form a C. I would also like to see a second version with the gold ball in the center. A bit bigger than the others.

    Another thing to consider in designing a logo is what sizes it will be printed or used on the web. Certain effects do not render well if enlarged or reduced.

    Why not edit them and replace them with the smaller versions?
