Xara PDF into CorelDraw 9 or X3

Hey Xara Membrs,

Downloaded the Xtreme Pro demo to see how the new PDF export works and I'm still having the same problem with CorelDraw 9 or X3 opening a converted Xara PDf. I can open the file just fine when using the free Acrobat viewer

What is the trick....I've tryed all the different version of PDF/X and still can't get it to work. Any ideas on how to keep a XARA drawing mostly vector when using CorelDraw 9 or X3?

I use .pdf with CorelDRAW X3 alot, and I import it and am not opening it. It works with nearly all .pdf's I have made or received. Version 9 has the knowledge of how .pdf was written in its day, it isn't going to be able to handle most .pdf being made out there now. CorelDRAW 12 can't open many .pdf's either, and it is alot more recent a version than 9.0.

I asked this question earlier and here is the answer from Minimiro..it works save as follows...

Acorobat 1.3
color model - CMYK
view PDF when finished

bitmap compression - none
convert text to shapes
exclude invisible layers
do not generate reader layers
custom icc profile - photoshop 5 def
