Fascinated by Vladimir Konstantinovic's painterly effects I had a go with this Millhouse and ... well, no modesty here - I'm well pleased with this one.

Pleased it is finally finished ...

Wonderful, wonderful drawing, major undertaking, now accomplished. Masterfully executed. Water is the best part.

Than you Sally. Yep, the water tumbles down nicely, doesn't it?
Look closely and you may see a salmon or two ...

Thanks, Egg. It was no small effort.

You can see that. It must take some time to redraw if your zoomed in. How many layers did you use? (Of to bed now, will catch up with you later)

Now it needs matting and framing.

Just seventeen layers - 8,488 objects.
    Zoom, on average, 1,300%

I opened new files for new layers as Xara (or the PC) couldn't cope with the file size.

    An interesting exercise.
