Where are the plugins in the pro

Hello Clive and welcome to the Xtreme Conference

They should be in the New drop down list on the Infobar when you have the Live Effects Tool selected.

Select a bitmap or a selection of vector objects (the Live Effect Tool works with both), select the Live Effects Tool (the electric plug icon), click New... and select from the drop down list.

Hello Clive, welcome to the forums,

The plug ins are activated once you press the plug-ins button on your tool bar.

Select a shape you'd like to apply your plug ins on, then press your filter tool and choose from the upper menu the filter you want to apply.
