Thank you, Tim, for your generosity! I am still mulling over ideas, but you've really captured the simplicity and serenity I was talking about.

I AM still curious as to which font Egg would suggest ... ! It's a great way to learn from others and to stand back and observe what others see.

Thus, I'm still curious if others have any feedback on any of these cards - what do people like or dislike about them ... what do they "say" to you ...

    Always curious

    Cheers,
    Fuyiu

Hopefully some of the "pros" that deal with this daily will give you some ideas. I'm terrible at font selection, I found this one and thought it had somewhat of a oriental feel to it. it's called legacy, and sence I only have xara I'm pretty sure that you must have it too.

I think the color has to do a lot with the calming effect.

    Just my 2¢

TIM: Thanks, again! I do like the font you used. Can't seem to find it, though. I don't already have it, and searching for Legacy brings up a more classic type of font. I've been experimenting with the greens, as well, and really like the ones you chose - very calming.

DANNY: Great bamboo! I think I'm going more for the stylized drawings (is that the right description? simple line drawings?) - otherwise, your bamboo is terrific. I'll have to play around to see if I can come up with what you did - maybe it'll be a good graphic for something else besides the business card.
Your choice of colors are calming, too! For me, though, it reminds me of a beach - a great thing, but not the type of calm we're going for.

Although acupuncture on the beach does sound good ...

Thanks for all these great ideas! I'm still chugging along on it.

Here's the Kudasai font that I mentioned before - not sure if it fits ... any thoughts?

I like the font and the design - why not just add the bamboo on the right - I think it'll work well.

I'm torn between the bamboo and the simple "path."
I guess I see a lot of bamboo on cards, websites, etc for Alternative Medicine, but then, I believe there are many depictions of paths/ways/roads, as well.

The Kudasai font is growing on me - just different from Papyrus. Each has it's own characteristics. Perhaps I'm overthinking again

    Thanks for the file, Danny!
I appreciate your feedback on the font, Paul! (The Kudasai font does stand out more...)

Variations I'm being picky and overthinking on:

Think Kudasai font looks of better than the other one. Biz cards if their are not whisked from wallets and given are normally left in reception and clean lines draw your eyes to them. Would only used bamboo and the "acient way" on one side and lease "Health Wealth & Happiness" to the other with the additional info. Just my opinion.
    Design is thinking made visual.
