Interesting, I'm reading a fantasy novel right now, written by Anne Rice's sister Alice Borchardt called "The Dragon Queen" (3 part trilogy) and there is a young woman in the story as well as a wolf that is sometimes a man named Maeniel, a character she brought over from her other trilogy (The Silver Wolf, Night of the Wolf and The Wolf King). Swords, sorcery and wolves, right up my alley!!
