SOFT RETURNS in XPRO Column Text?

Is there a way to apply a soft-return (Shift-Enter in many apps) in Column Text?

This is important so the user can manually affect a linefeed and still have the text recongnize the paragraphs indent.

We don't have 'soft' returns, but there are typically quite simple work-arounds for what you want. e.g. if you have an indented left margin (so first line hangs to the left - common for bulleted lists), then just define a tab to be coincident with the left margin, and then you just have to press tab after a return to move to the same left margin.

not idea, and 'newline' or soft return is on the feature wish list.
