Do you mean Image/adjustments/replace color (menu) or the Color Replacement Tool in the tool bar?

I'm using PS7 which doesn't even have a Color Replacement Tool, so I guess this must be an addition to CS/CS2 ???

I guess he/she has worked it out by now anyway.
