Need help creating a podcast for newbie

I have a friend who is hosting like dozens of mp3 files on her server. She wants to do a podcast of them, meaning create the RSS feed and keep posting to it ongoing. This creates the Podcast subscription capabilities I think

Does anyone know a fairly easy way we can get her an RSS feed for her existing .mp3 files and make it easy to add to. I've looked around a bit at libsyn and odeo, but I'm not sure if these do what I really want. I don't want to reupload her files anywhere, she's got plenty of space and bandwidth already. Just make it easy for her to add to her RSS feed when she creates a new .mp3 file.
