    Default Web site navigation/hierarchy diagrams

What's the favourite software people use to design web site navigation/hierarchy?

Mostly, I end up doing it in Xara Xtreme and I suspect the best would be Visio (too expensive right now), so what are the other favourites?

Whenever I'm doing site plannings, I always use Freemind and make a mindmap of them.

It's a free open source program that allows you to export to outline format and I think is a great program for planning anything.

LOL, yes, but I like to draw out a map before touching Dreamweaver and I really wish Xara did the visio thing when it comes to site diagrams.
