You can't.
You can auto trace or manually trace your bitmap or parts there of.
The first method is quick but the result is a complex vector image made up of potentially hundreds+ shapes depending on the original image, the second gives you complete control over the amount of detail you incude but requires patience and perseverance if you want great detail etc.
