As you say Bob, it's a subtle effect. The second version with blur gives the drawing more depth, but I think, this effect has to be used carefully. Otherwise it could disturb the great comic style.

Thanks to Bob for asking the question and to Gary for such great insight. I too have never really used that Live Effects tool, Enhance. There have been many times when the amount of feathering I wanted to blur something would shrink the size of the pic but now this won't happen. Thank you again.

It involves more steps, but you never know when you need that effect
