    Default New version

Okay, I'm sure it must be staring me right in the face but I just can't see it.

Xtreme notified me a day or two ago that there was a new version available, and that I should go to www.xara.com/xtreme. Went there, logged on, searched and searched, but could find nowt that suggested "click this link for the upgrade".

    Where will I find it?

On the d'loads page Xtreme has a "new version" tag - says no more than that.

I wonder if existing users will get a free patch ....
"Intbel" ... "Can't" is not an option.

Compliance is futile. Resistance is futile. Just do your own thing an' ignore 'em.

You probably already have it, as the one listed there was the 'f' patch. Go to Help->About, and see if it shows 2.0f as the version. If not, go to Help->Updates.

Is it possible you saw the message for the new movie? It's one that shows Xara3D working along with Xtreme.
I'd start a revolution, if I could get up in the morning.

Hmmm. Not sure now. I posted the all the above from wiork where I don't have Xara.

I got that message during the day, yesterday. Last night I idly checked for new movies, and there was one, and it did have to do with 3D, so I d/l it as a matter of routine.

Tonight I went back to Xara.com and found a link to v2.0f!! Hooray! So i downloaded it, and when I went to pop it in it my Xara cubbyhole, it was laready there. Those in the know will realise that that has been current for more than 6 months. I fired up Xtreme and lo... no message saying I should get the latest version.

I clearly remember the banner saying something about improved PDF performance, but I don't remember much else -- after all, it will all be on Xara's page... won't it?

If AnthonyF says there's no version more current than 2.0f and no recent upgrade, then that must be true. But I'm still a bit puzzled by the message!

Never mind -- will continue to wait patiently!

Help > Update and you'll get the chance to download it.
