I agree. They're on the whole lazy, incompetent, arrogant jerks who dislike competent designers because they're the only people who realise the truth about printers.
I had one printer give me chapter and verse on why he would only accept CorelDraw since it was an industry standard and I laughed in his face, the idiot.
Humbug.
