    Hi. Sometime back I posted a "technique"
    whereby you can make motifs (interesting
    designs) from simple strokes. I have followed up
    the same basic idea here, using text. If you're
    ever stumped for a creative idea, try this to
    get your juices going again.

    Ken, I really like what you done here.

    Very imaginative and eyecatching.

    Reminds me of pin-stripping.

    Great posting.

    Now wouldn't it be cool if the Xara could save the transformations, envelopes, and blends as one big "Effect Style" or allow us to easily copy the properties to another objects.

    Those are really cool. They remind me of some of the old decorative printer's ornaments.

    Christine Farrelly made some numerical brush sets a while ago which you can see (along with some other very creative brushes) in the Xara Xone Fills and Brushes page.
