Access Rights - Not an Administrator

In Windows XP I can use the Xara Xtreme trial without trouble when I am logged in as the computer administrator. However, I would prefer to use the program when I am logged in as a limited user.

Is there a simple way to do this?

Isn't there a "log on as' function in XP? I think it lets you do that.
