Es sobre la linea de la Regla, que no me funciona y antes si me funcionaba, es decir, me permitia subirla y bajarla y todo esas cosas, pero ahora no me muestra la flecha para subirla y bajarla, no me toma al mouse...

Click Utilities > Options > Mouse.

In "Magnetic snap radii" make sure that both numbers are positive numbers.

Mine are "Point: 6pix" and "Line: 4pix".
