Gif Animation. Where's the frame gallery?

I'm trying to create a .gif animation logo.
The problem I have it's that I can't see the "Frame Gallery".
Frame Gallery is not active.

Any idea?

If you open "New Drawing" you get Layer Gallery.
If you open "New Animation" you get the frame gallery.
