    Default Does Support Answer Email?

    I have asked this question, "Does Support Answer Email?" in other threads with no answer.

    My second question is, "How long does an answer usually take?"

    My other question is, "What method must be used to get a refund for a product that is not working, with no fix?"

    Well, it is a weekend and the support personnel may not be there until Monday. Sometimes a Xara employee does come by and check posts, but this is no guarantee.

    Customer service should not take a break.

    Smart a$$ answers should take a break.

    And..........Xara sent me to this forum....so why don't you ask Xara and get back to me.

    This forum is for peer to peer support, and, it's one of the very best around for that.

    Your questions cannot be answered here by us. We don't work for Xara. We use Xara products.

    No-one has given any smart anything answers. They have told you what the truth is.

    Live with it and move on.

    You buy a software for $24,95 and have expectations like a large investor. 24h customer service and personal telephone support to holding your hand while you go to toilet...? Think a little bit about your mindset.

    And..........this is a friendly forum.....so why are you not patient and do contact the support on Monday again, if there is nobody, who is able to help in this forum?
