I just love the first drawing! A whole combo of all sorts of times and eras and yet 'nothing' as well!! I wish I had a smidgen of talent like that...

The fish is clever too and it's great to see the way different styles are achieved by you experts.

I will keep on trying and I will keep on dreaming and one day, I will post something here that I have created and like

    Dimitri:

Reminds me somewhat of Mikhail Chemyakin's work.

    I wish too
First work is work of one of my friends Vladymir Tkachenko.
Im just recreate it in Xara using my tools for patterns.
Hi is an artist. We make some experiments with patterns.

Fish is my attempt to simulate same technick. p.s. It should be larger
    relative to frame.

Real 5* Dimitry. Will need to look at Gridmaster in more detail found Spary easy to use and have used it in a few projects. Terrific textures.

Thumbs up Re: Simulating oil painting

    Dmitry,

This gridmaker looks really interesting. Can you tell me if it is available and if so where I could find it, please?

    Thanks
