Default How to convert low resolution image to high resolution?

Hi. Does anyone could help me to bring these textures to high resolution? I’m not well in photoshop. I want to use it in 3ds max.THX.

That's gonna be hard. If you resize a raster image from small to large it's gonna pixelate.

If I were you I would go to somewhere like www.imageafter.com or http://www.mayang.com/textures/ and pick up a high resolution picture/texture of some wood.

Alternatively, you could make the wood yourself! Photoshop can perform actions, where someone has recorded a method and photoshop will perform it with minimal user input.

Here is the Deviantart photoshop actions section - lots of good stuff there http://browse.deviantart.com/resourc...ons/psactions/

And here is a really nice little set of actions which look like probably the best thing for you if you go down the photoshop path - http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/33973114/

Just wondering...doesn't 3DS Max have a set of preloaded materials such as woods, plasstics and metals?!

    Enjoy!
