Help. i have a problem , plz help!

I have some xara pics and stuff i made, and would like to use a few on sites and that but can't do anything with them. I tried changing the xar bit to .gif and it still doen't work and i can't upload any of them please help!

make sure you EXPORT them to gif or jpg, not save to...

The way to make a Xara drawing into a GIF or a JPEG to add to a website is to select the object or objects you want to include in the image, then from the File menu, select Export...

In the Export dialog, select the type of file you want to export as. JPEG is best for photographs and images with gradient colors. GIF and 8-bit (256 colors) PNG are best for text and images with flat areas of color, though they can do a pretty good job with some gradient fills too.
