    Default gif_Export

    Hi all,

XaraXtreme seems to be a cool Program. So congratulations for that.

I just installed Xara on Suse OSS 10.1. Runs fine. But if I go to the Export-Menu, only .jpg and .png appears. Any solution to activate the gif-Export?

    Thanks

My problem is that when I try to save the exported image nothing happens. Clicking on the save button the dialog window flashes and that's all. Nothing gets saved.

I had the same problem. Since I use the latest unstable version (now 1199), the export function works perfect, but only for jpg and png, as elpo writes.
For exporting a gif you should probably export the file as a jpg and the use another programm for converting that jpg into a gif. Thats what I would do when I would need an gif created by xara.

Thanks penguin, now, I go and download the 1199 version to see. That the gif format not working is not a problem for me because I virtually never use that file format.
