Cannot play xara movies

cannot play xara movie the buttons are not in the popup movie panel.
I have been using the beta 2 of latest internet explorer
for a few months without issue.

I have attached a screen capture of the problem, I just recieved program
and would love to play the instruction movies, Thanks for any help.

I had a similar problem, though not identical. You might try going to Chris Lanier's blog

to find some great .avi troubleshooting tips. Chris is a Microsoft MVP in media. He has links to a couple utilities you can use to determine what's going wrong. In my case, I was missing the Camtasia driver.
