You're welcome. A couple of steps were missing..

Actually Pauland, Where the white bits are within the symbol should be actually transparent (I really should have mentioned that in my first post - Im so sorry) and I will use them as paint shop pro preset shapes, do I still follow your instructions, sorry, I know I must be a pain in the butt, and am embarressed to ask again, but I really do need to do this, and if I dont ask I will never know
Again I would like to donate something to a charity of your choice aswell, as I would have paid someone to do these symbols for me, and a charity would be a good cause.
Once again..sorryyyy
Kind Regards
Nikki

Here you go Nikki.
Thanks alot Masque, I will try that aswell, as I am a very stubborn and determined woman..lol.. and love doing things myself, but this did have me stumped. I just need to work out how to do the white parts transparent now..lol.
Kindest Regards

Thanks again Pauland, Its all the white bits that need to be transparent, Im such a fool, I forgot to mention that aswell, you will soon all be avoiding my posts..lol..so do I do that process for all the white bits, just tried to open the image you attached in psp, and the squares were transparent, but the outer white circles were still white, so I tried to delete them but it deleted the whole image..lol.. I will get the hang of this I have printed off your diagrams, so hopefully I should be able to do this.
Thanks again for your excellent diagrams
Kindest Regards

Nikki: Arghh!
WHen making these designs it helps to know exactly what is required because often things are made completely differently as a result. In this case we need holes in place of solid designs. Here's my take on it..
BTW the blue is just to show you how the holes are made - I've made my background template with a transparent blue square over it so you can see when the background shows through.
Hi Pauland
Im fed up with myself for keep asking you questions now..lol..
I am following your first set of diagrams, and have made the yellow squares, and have used the pen tool to make the black outline, I am trying to do the circle with the black line, and am embarressed to say that I can not seem to do it, I can get the circle right with elipse tool, but cant seem to get a black line/edge to the white circle.
Feel so stupid
Kind Regards
Nikki
Bless you, thanks for that, I think I understand now, and I am really sorry to not have explained myself properly in the first place.
Ignore my last post lol
I promise if I come for advice again I will make sure I explain fully
Once again thanks, and hopefully I will leave you alone for a while now..lol..
I will give you a rest for today, an if I have any other questions I promise I will wait until tommorow
Take Care
Kindest Regards
Nikki
