PSP 7 Problem

I have been using PSP 7.04 for years. Recently I had a hard drive failure and had to reinstall PSP which seemed to be no problem.

Shortly after I found when I browse to my images and click on more than one image to open them into PSP, when the second image is clicked to open, the first image closes.

I can not find anything related to this in preferences.

Any help solving this issue would be greatly appreciated

I'm unsure why it would do that but generally, to open multiple files in PSP;

• Click a thumbnail image; or
  
• To select non-adjacent files, hold down Ctrl and click each file; or
  
• To select adjacent files, click the first file, hold down Shift, and click the last file.

You could try to reset PSP's registry:

Immediately after you've clicked on the program's icon to open it hit Ctrl + Alt. If you were able to do this in time then a dialog box will appear asking about the deletion of the program's registry - answer "Yes/OK".
