    Question websyle

    Hi

Having started with webstyle and moved onto extreme I would like to import the graphics from webstyle and modify in xtreme. The files seem to have tow separate extensions xgt and xws

    which do I import?

    thanks

I don't think Xtreme can import either of those formats.

Do you have any other export options?

And have you tried to copy from Webstyle and paste into Xtreme?

    Thanks

I can cut and paste but I don't get the vector jsu gifs etc.

As the clipart was all created with x then I assumed all be it incorrectly that they were interchangable

    I'll have a play around

    thanks

It would also be great to import into webstyle buttons made in Xtreme ...

Hey Ho back to the drawing board

HI im afraid this is not possible. The xar files go through several
conversion utilities to make them compatible with Webstyle.

    Many thanks

    Thumbs down Re: websyle

I have found the same thing. I was VERY disapointed when I could not use Xara with Webstyle. I do like the webstyle pages but, I want to make them mine and cant.
I had thought there would be a little interaction with them. NOPE...

Too bad...Very Disapointed...Make it work guys......

    Hi,

While it's not really the answer to your question, it might be helpful to know/rememeber that you can import from Xtreme the WIX files that are located in the template directory of Webstyle.

    Regards,

    Bernard,

Myself and others have been asking for this for years now.... I don't think that it is high on Xara's priority list. Sorry.

cheers, pity they don't consider it a priority! After all the galleries in extreme is very good, I'd be happy to pay for the extra gallery of webstyle clip art
