    Default Xara wins

The more I use xara the more i want to let go of illustrator. I truly starting to dislike Illustrator.

I think you'll find a lot of support in this forum for that point of view! Illustrator is a lot more cumbersome, although it can do things Xara can't.
Xara is easier to master, and if you don't need those extra features Xtreme is a delight to use,

I am doing most if not all of my production work with xara, from book covers to business cards, The only reason I may use illustrator is if a print house asks for illustrator file. Oh and if I have to assign pantone colors.

I hope to God that the next version of Xara would support pantone. I have the older version of it, but dont know if it will carry the pantone number to illustrator or photoshop.
