webpage how to cut up like adobe imageready?

hi guys

i just designed a webpage in xara extreme
now im wondering how do i cut this up like adobe image ready?

i use to design in adobe photoshop then i cut up the images using adobe image ready
after that i export to html. (tables are created automatically).

and now xtreme (very lost)
do i need to import to photoshop first then cut up the images with adobe image ready? (if so how do i import to photoshop?)

p.s sorry so many questions (its my first time with webdesign in xtreme)

what i did was export as TIF then i opened it up in photoshop
add additional text then slice in imageready.
