Thread: Low Poly house

  1. #1

    Default Low Poly house

Following a topic at Elysiun led me to an Italian site with a nice tutorial on creating a low poly cartoon style house.

I don't understand Italian, but the pictures are clear. So I fired up Wings and worked on this for about half an hour or so. Zipped wings and obj file. Perhaps the adventurous could try this, too. Or maybe improve the model and texture it?

Jpeg of the house imported to Blender and rendered with cartoon lines on. No time to work on textures and UVmaps right now..

    Hi, Grafxman!

Very nice "getaway" sort of castle/cottage! Mike, you did a nice riff and render.

It caught me by surprise, because I did something striking similar a while ago (for someone who stiffed me but didn't get th render .

    No special modeler or tricks.

    My Best,

    Gare
