When using a shape with a bitmap fill - right-click and "Convert to bitmap"

That may just solve that one. Maybe ...

I don't see this option in the right-click menu. The only convert option is "convert to editable shapes".

Um .. it's "create" rather than 'convert to' - sorry about that.

Alas no. Sometimes it happens for me, sometimes it doesn't. Still havent realised why...yet
