    Default cut and paste

    Ho do i say cut the head of a person in a photo and move it to another location.

    This mini-tutorial was kindly posted a while back by someone else, but I can't find the thread. Hope it helps.

    Great tutorial Bob!

    That said, the light on the trees is coming from the left and the light on the figure is coming from the right. :-)

    A shadow might help ground the figure.

    Gary - Yes, it is a good tutorial, but I can't claim the credit as it is the work of another contributor. I just re-posted it.

    James - As you can see from Gary's knowledgable reply, just cutting and pasting may not be the end of it. Other factors, such as lighting, can come into play.

    If you flopped the background then the lighting would be right.
