3D graphic help. Can't import a .jpg

Hi all,

I am a new user to xara and I need your help!!!
I have a jpg graphic of a football logo and I would like to be able to make it 3d and rotate it, but i can't seem to import the file or open the file in Xara? It doesn't seem to recognise it or it says there is no outline? I would really appreciate your help with this, or point me in the direction of a help tutorial on this problem?
