Default Any way to insert a Nav Bar without dumping the graphics into your root dir?

So basically as far as I can tell if I use a Nav Bar and I want to insert the graphics into Site/Images All of my links will become relative to where those graphics are inserted.

So in my case here, I want to create a Nav Bar that links to Site/Survey.Htm

and I want to insert the graphics for the file into Site/Images

The trouble I'm experiencing is that I Do this I can't link to Survey.Html relatively because Xara is setting the relative root to Site/Images

Is there either a way for me to manually edit this root path or even better specify to Xara that although I am placing the images in the images folder the root of my site is in Site/
    ?

    thanks for any help.

After a couple days of dinking with this and still no real understanding of how the heck Xara Structures these things I'm at my wits end with this program. What a waste of money.

Can anyone suggest a substitute for Xara?
