Thread: Swords

    Default Swords

Talks about path imports motivated me to play with curves in Blender. A little recycling of materials from the coffee kettle and voila! Wicked curved blades.... . Perfect for chopping off heads with minimal effort. Background postwork in PI.

Thats a hefty blade G-Man. Just the other day I was thinking about making some sword props. I haven't had electricity for a couple of weeks, modeling was out of the question. Got it back now. Maybe I'll cook something up.

Long time no posts from Mike and he comes back with his 3d arsenal full force... .
Now THAT is an ornately beautiful sword. Would think twice going to battle with that, though. Too beautiful to risk damaging. . Are you going to apply materials and render that properly, Mike? Or is it going to be used as a fashion accessory for your Poser babes? Any which way, I'd like to see it again.
Zbrush, you make it look sooo simple....
