I thought I'd be able to download the upgrade if I started a new account. Unknowingly, I used the same email address as my old account, which I can't seem to access anymore since they decided to merge accounts from both xaraclub and xaraonline. Now when I start X1 to try to get some work done (instead of banging my head against the wall trying to purchase xtreme at upgrade price) my previously registered version of XaraX1 tells me I need to register...
What the [censored] is going on here? Did I just overwrite my old account, effectively voiding out my previous 6 years of purchasing history with Xara?
