how to get rid of submenu wordwrap and bold format

I have been using menu maker for a while now with excellent results, but for some strange reason, my submenus are word-wrapping long lines where they didn't, as well as all of a sudden going boldface on me. to remedy this??
The menu script call is isolated inside a table row, and no formatting has been applied to it at all. Can page formatting override the setings declared in the menumaker Javascript? What should I look for?

Look at the "artists" or "performances" menus-
Dennis Gruenling and Jump Time used to display on one line but for some reason has started to wrap once page content had been added. I tried to step backwards in the authoring to see if it would go away but to no avail.

For my studio site, it works just fine, no wrapping error at all:
