Nasty Crash - anyone else?

I'm working on a project and keep getting this nasty crash. See graphic below. Has anyone else seen this. The file is about 500k - not TOO big, and it's not really complex...just an old t-shirt design I'm tracing. I tried shutting down Xara and my computer and the bug comes back. It happens when you hit save. After you hit "ok" to clear the error the file saves. I even tried copying everything and pasting it into a new Xara file and the bug follows me...
