Can't reinstall

I uninstalled WS4 so I could start with a clean slate (still trying to get used to the quirky interface). WHen I was uninstalling, received the following popup message:

Feature transfer error

Feature: Templates
Component:
File:
Error: Catastrophic failure

When I try to reinstall, it keeps asking me

"Do you want to completely remove Xara Webstyle 4 and all its components".

I can't successfully uninstall the product, nor can I reinstall it!

Fixed the problem - I ended up finding a program that removes messed up uninstalls -

Now, it looks like I can reinstall WS4.

You MUST disable and virus or firewall programs you are using and try again.
