xara non-support (again!)

I posted here January 28th about the complete lack of response from Xara for a trouble ticket opened Nov 1. This is the thread: http://talkgraphics.infopop.net/1/Op...8&m=8751969416
The response was great, thanx everyone.

Xara rep claimed it was impossible for a trouble ticket to be open from that long ago, and I supplied the ticket #. Xara claimed that if I resubmitted the information it would be checked out promptly. So, I submitted the information again (this is now the 4th time!) on Feb 10th. I've still heard nothing beyond the autoresponder.

Does anyone have any idea how to light a fire under these guys?

Perhaps you are in the wrong forum - try this http://www.angry.com/ or stay in the queue. I don´t have any problems with the programs from Xara - in fact those girls and guys have made my computerlife easier.
