For the shadow {if the light source is upper left} I think the whole inner area {dont know the correct name} would be even dark shadow as the light would just skim over the edge according to the high light on the bevel,and the string shadows would just be a darkened edge to the outside of the strings with no string shadow on the wood at all.But if the light source was more to the front of the guitar it would be completely different again.


But more to the point Ross made a really great image of a guitar.
