Well it does show any screenshots or demos... and I didn't see the price list (IS IT FREE http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif )
Anyway It seems like a vector drawing program... from Microsoft ?! That's new to me... I guess if Microsoft wants to win the monopoly it can make programs better than photoshop and all vector programs alltogether.. I think I'll stick to Xara though http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

the software is for free, it used to be
    around $300 from creaturehouse.com
but now its owned by microsoft and the latest
version is out as a beta. but its the full working version, no disables.
I recommend you download it, give it a burn,
its lite and a good app in its own right,
can also output to eps, pdf, learn about the
variable width tools and brush creation on the fly, I printed out the user documents and went through it, its a simple app.
you need to register a hotmail account to download it, just go make one up and download it. its a GEM to get for free.

this is a copy of panopticums websites,
with their gridlines, can we create these
in xara? they said that their plugins should
work for other programs that allow photoshop plugins I believe thats Xara too.
thats my last question before I go and
immerse myself in all the video tutorials.
    sincerely
    Mark.

    Hey Mark,

The only job I have never been able to get xara to create is a radio Ad. Everything else it can tackle with ease. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

    Bill,

Would you mind posting the original lines you used in the blends? I am interested in how you created this without taking the time to experiment myself.

HAHA thats AWESOME !!! Soquili !
NOW I`m buying Xara after the weekend,
BEFORE my trial is over so I get the 30 buck
    discount.

I`m guessing you can colour those lines too
and make them glow and stuff like that.
    export them to other proggy`s.

on that note BILL do you have a
    tutorial for that?
so I can try it now?
coz Im still new to the interface, but thats
    my key need.
Ive seen that effect so many places and
wondered how they did it, the chimps
didnt tell me they were using Xara, AAAHH!
The competitive nature of graphic artists.BUT
    now I have the machine.

    cheers,
    Mark.
